Arrow Academy is accepting proposals to provide services for creating a comprehensive Strong Foundations Implementation plan in accordance with The Strong Foundations Grant Program (Texas Education Code § 29.0881) through House Bill 4545, 87th Texas Legislature in accordance with the instructions, specifications, and terms and condition contained in this Solicitation.
